Get the support you need from someone who understands
Our Peer-Mentors live with arthritis themselves and know all too well that life with arthritis can be daunting, uncertain or overwhelming at times.
Before becoming a Peer-Mentor, they have undergone a comprehensive screening and training process.
Peer-Mentors are skilled in active listening and goal setting, and use their own experiences to help others feel supported and make positive changes in their life.
“When someone’s had everything thrown into chaos by arthritis, you can help them see that yes, their life’s going to be different, yes, it’s not going to be like they planned – but it can still be amazing.” Cheryl, Arthritis Assist Peer-Mentor
