We have a range of helpful booklets and information sheets covering the various types of arthritis and information covering diet, exercise, lifestyle and treatments.
Arthritis Queensland is able to provide presentations to any health professional body or community group who would like to know more about arthritis.
Arthritis Queensland runs six week self-management courses designed to help people living with inflammatory arthritis or osteoarthritis to take charge of their condition.
Arthritis Queensland’s support groups provide the opportunity to meet people who understand. Members share information, ideas, and experiences, so that everyone benefits.

Online Support Groups
Join our online communities for people living with arthritis. We have specific group for men, women and parents of children with juvenile arthritis.
