The Joint Movement


The Joint Movement Program is a 12-week group exercise program made especially for people 65 and over with arthritis-related symptoms.

The Program is available as a live online program, meaning you can join your class each week from the comfort of your own home! 

The Joint Movement is run by trained fitness professionals, so you can be sure that you are exercising safely, correctly and for the most benefit!

To be eligible to join in The Joint Movement you must be living in Queensland or New South Wales, and be 65 and over, or 55 and over for people who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.

At the moment, participants are only eligible to complete the 12-week program once. A new program opportunity will be available soon - please email us for more information. 


Program Cost

The Joint Movement is offered as a "Pay-What-You-Can" program to make sure that all participants are able to access exercise, regardless of their ability to pay. There are 3 payment options you are able to choose from. You can choose to access the program for free ($0), at half price ($60) or at the standard price ($120). Regardless of which option you choose the program is the same for everyone.

Why is strength training good for me? 

Strength training has proven benefits for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels, including:
