Who is a consumer?
At Arthritis Queensland consumers are people who are affected by arthritis in anyway. They can be people living with arthritis, a family member or friend of someone with arthritis, or those involved in the care of people with arthritis.
Why are consumers vital to the work of Arthritis Queensland
Consumers are central to all the work we do at Arthritis Queensland. The voices and perspectives of consumers play a vital role in the development and delivery of our services, and help us to ensure that the work we do is focused on the needs of Queenslanders living with arthritis.
What are the roles of consumers at Arthritis Queensland?
We encourage and support consumers to bring their voices and perspectives into all aspects of our work in a way which is comfortable for
them. Some may choose to simply provide their feedback through our surveys, others may choose to become involved in our consumer workshops
