Support our Spring appeal
Arthritis Queensland is committed to providing information, education and support to all Queenslanders living with musculoskeletal diseases. 1 in 5 Queenslanders live with arthritis and 1 in 2 women and 1 in 3 men over the age of 60 years will suffer an osteoporotic fracture. Your commitment to Arthritis Queensland also enables us to fund research into a cure.
Arthritis is not just a condition which affects older people. Children can also have Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA). At least 1 in 1000 children in Australia have this condition. Please read the stories of the children featured in the Spring edition of Joint News. Keiarni's Story is on page 2 and Blake's story is on page 19.
