Thoracic Rotations

Seated Thoracic Rotations are a great exercise for improving thoracic mobility, and core endurance. This exercise can be done with everyday objects like an old phone book or a full water bottle. Make sure you keep a tall posture and shoulders down, trying to keep both hips still. Begin with 2-3 sets of 8-10 reps.
