Supported Knee Raises

Supported Knee Raises are a great exercise for improve core strength and trunk stability. Place arms against wall so that your hands are aligned with your chest. Engage core muscles and slowly lift one knee up making sure your hips stay still. Try 8-10 reps on each leg, completing 2-3 sets.
